Wow, where to begin? Our wedding was nothing short of amazing. From the beginning, the entire team at Pine Rose has been such a pleasure to work with. If you're looking for a wedding venue with a family feel and a group of rock star vendors that work together like a well-oiled machine, Pine Rose is for you! To start, Lynda, our coordinator and decorator, is absolutely incredible. From her level of organization to attention to detail, and all around love for what she does, she helped make our wedding day even better than we could have ever imagined. Sheryl and her team from Wildflowers at The Lake turned an already naturally beautiful location into a stunning wedding venue and even created a beautiful flower collar for our pup. Chad our DJ was spot on with everything from creating a seamless flow through the night to curating the perfect playlists that kept us and all of our guests dancing the entire night. Ali and her team from Fox In The Woods catering has the most amazing food and we kept getting compliments all night of how delicious everything was. The same with our desserts from Little Bee's Cakery. Everything was perfect and little bites of heaven. Cory our bartender is a master mixologist and helped us build our shopping list to make sure that drinks kept flowing all through the night (not to mention he made sure we always had a drink in hand). Lauriana did an amazing job capturing the entire day in a beautiful way that left us in awe the moment we saw the pictures. Bapu documented our entire wedding day in a way we never could have imagined and has given us the gift of reliving our wedding day for years to come! From start to finish, this was the wedding of our dreams and we could not have done it without all of the amazing staff and Vendors from Pine Rose!

My entire experience with Arrowhead Pine Rose was pleasant and stress-free. Linda helped us book the venue and was also our amazing day of coordinator. I chose the "Intimate Wedding Package", which was a very great value for what was included. The venue itself was very beautiful and perfect for couples that want an outdoor wedding!

Our wedding at Pine Rose Cabins this June was a completely magical experience! The venue is beyond gorgeous and charming, full of nature, amazing lights hung everywhere, just an absolute dream for an outdoor venue. I can't even count the amount of guests who told us it was the best wedding they'd ever been to! And the big wedding cabin to get ready in, along with the cabins our friends and family stayed in there, made it even more charming.

Special shout out to our lovely wedding coordinator, Lynda Moudy, who was such a wonderful and calming presence throughout. Ali at Fox in the Woods Catering did a great job with the food, and the desserts and cake were delicious from Little Bees Bakery. Our DJ and bartender there (Chad and Corey) were fantastic as well. We chose Matt Reiter for photography, who used the light and locations in the most gorgeous way. Really great staff and vendors all around! I highly recommend Pine Rose if you're looking for a nature-kissed outdoor wedding experience! So glad I chose them:)

From our first conversation with Arrowhead Pine Rose Cabins, the team asked about our vision and made sure we felt heard every step of the way. The forest setting was exactly what we'd dreamed of—rustic and enchanting without needing extra touches, plus finding the venue and parking was a breeze. Their all-inclusive package gave us incredible value, and the coordinator kept everything on track by ensuring decorations were ready before we said our vows. Our Alice in Wonderland theme came to life thanks to their baker who created a stunning topsy turvy cake, along with the DJ, bartender, and florist who all nailed our vision. The whole staff went above and beyond to make our day special, and honestly, it's hard to find this level of service at a price that makes sense. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or team.
